早餐很不錯，景色很好，地段很好，酒店每個環節的服務態度很好。bug是酒店位於半坡上，沒有自駕的話，要考慮這個因素。

酒店是綜合了皇后鎮當天還有房間的所有酒店預訂的，因為當天預訂價格上確實比提前預訂貴了一些，但比較下來，雖然貴但設施服務地理位置都是最好的，不考慮預算情況下閉眼沖就行。酒店住下來也很乾凈。早餐一般但餐廳非常好看。

We booked a total of 4 nights — 3 nights under one itinerary and an additional night under another. Upon arrival on our first day (around 7pm), we were assigned a lake view room (room type we booked) located right next to the reception. Unfortunately, the noise level was quite disruptive, with frequent foot traffic, people running along the corridor, and sounds coming from the reception area throughout our stay. For the final night, we switched to a different room type (as booked) — an alpine view. Despite having specifically noted that we did not prefer a corner room, and receiving confirmation from the hotel that we would not be placed in one, we were assigned the very last room at the corner. This was disappointing, especially given the prior communication. We had hoped for a more restful and accommodating stay.

Very Very beautiful view from the room and the hotel restaurant（see below pics）!!! Close to the Queenstown city. The room is very tidy and big with some mix up tools for cocktails. It’s my first time travel alone. I was stressed, nervous and had a few questions to most of things. The service is soooooo good. Specially I would like to appreciate Kim and the reception staffs for helping me during my stay. Thanks for giving me a wonderful journey with QT Queenstown🥰 I will definitely come back again to QT Queenstown with my parents and friends shortly♥️♥️♥️
